Market and Customer Experience Research

A leader's intuition is often wrong. We run research that reveals what your customers actually think and do, where the market opportunities lie, and how to position yourself against competitors.

Grounded in data rather than guesswork, you make decisions about new products, segments, and positioning with confidence.

Why research saves money

A company can launch a new product on intuition, spend six months and ₽500K, and only then discover that the market doesn't need it. Or that it's positioned wrong. Or priced twice as high as it should be.

A research study takes 4–6 weeks, yet it gives you confidence in the decision and protects the company from costly mistakes.

The research we conduct

In-depth customer interviews. We run 15 to 30 interviews, depending on the task, with your customers and prospects. We don't ask about your product — we ask about their problems, how they solve them today, and what frustrates them about current solutions. The result: a map of the problems the market genuinely cares about.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) measurement. Net Promoter Score shows how loyal your customers are and how willing they are to recommend you. Customer Satisfaction shows how satisfied they are. We measure on a regular cadence — monthly or quarterly — track the trends, and pinpoint the drivers behind any decline or growth.

Price testing. What price is the market willing to pay? Which price points does demand respond to? We run tests with your target audience: we present different price points and ask at which one they would buy. The result: price optimization that can lift revenue by 20–40%.

Competitive landscape analysis. We dissect competitors in detail: positioning, pricing, product features, acquisition channels, and reviews. We identify the gaps in the market that you can move into.

Secondary-data analysis. Where public information about the market, competitors, and customer segments exists — reports, statistics, studies by other firms — we gather and analyze it.

Case: HR brand — 60 interviews, 2.3x increase in applications
A company had built an HR platform for recruiting. It had ideas about how to position it, but no certainty. We ran 60 interviews with HR managers, recruiters, and startups. We found that the core pain wasn't functionality — their tools worked — but the speed of hiring and the quality of first contact with a candidate. We repositioned the product from a focus on features to a focus on speed. We rewrote all the marketing. Two months later, the number of inquiries had grown 2.3x on the same marketing budget.
