Mentoring for leaders and CEOs
Mentoring is not training in the sense of lectures and homework. It is a conversation with someone who has walked the same path, sees you from the outside, and helps you make the right call.
Format: a one-off session on a specific question, or a track of 4–8 sessions over several months for systematic work on your development.
How mentoring helps leaders
Grow into the role faster. When you step into a leadership role, you can spend two years learning the hard way — or one year with a mentor and far fewer mistakes. Mentors share what actually worked for them.
See the situation more clearly. When you are inside a problem, it is hard to see it. A mentor on the outside spots the patterns you cannot.
Make decisions with more confidence. Once you have talked a decision through with someone experienced and heard how they approached a similar situation, you decide with far greater confidence.
Avoid costly mistakes. A mistake that cost your mentor ₽5M can come to you as a five-sentence piece of advice.
Mentoring formats
One-off consultation. You have a specific question on your mind: how to hire your first executive, how to talk to investors, how to handle high turnover. In a single session of 1.5–2 hours, the mentor listens to your situation, asks questions, and proposes an approach that worked for them and their other mentees.
A track of 4 sessions over 3 months. You work on a specific area of development: becoming a more effective leader, building your sales or financial skills, or preparing to move into a larger company. Every session is built into the context: in the previous one you set the focus, between sessions you practise, and in the next one you review the results.
A track of 8 sessions over 6 months. For systematic work on yourself as a leader. We work across several areas: how you make decisions, how you manage your team, how you handle your own energy and burnout, and what blind spots you have.
Who this service is for
Leaders who have just stepped into a new role. You were promoted, but no one trained you. There are no mentors inside the company, or they are too busy. Mentoring will speed up your transition.
CEOs of young companies. You are growing with the company, and the challenges keep getting harder. Managing people, financial planning, negotiating with investors — these are new skills you need to build.
Leaders planning a career move. You want to move into a larger company or a different industry. A mentor will help you understand what to develop and how to prepare.
Results
From a one-off consultation: a clear approach to your question and less uncertainty. From a track of 4–8 sessions: visible growth as a leader, new skills, and confidence in your ability to meet the demands of the role. On average, mentees report a pay rise or a new role within 3–6 months.
