We will find partners and bring you to a meeting with the people who make decisions
We find the companies and the people with whom you have something substantive to discuss, we verify the interest on their side and we prepare the first meeting — for both sides. We do not sell contacts: an introduction takes place only when the interest is mutual.
A supporting format: it usually runs alongside a strategy project or an entry into a new market.
“In Russia a decision about a partnership is made on the recommendation of the professional community and on personal acquaintance, and a formal check is only hygiene. Our work is to take you through that filter honestly: with something substantive to discuss and with interest on the other side.”— the partners of Thesis Partners
When you need it
The three situations that bring people to us most often.
Entering a new segment or region
The product is ready and the market is clear, but there is no way in: emails go unanswered and calls do not get through to the person who makes the decision.
You need an industrial partner
Distribution, manufacturing, a joint product. The candidates are well known, but it is unclear which of them is genuinely ready to talk and what to bring to that conversation.
You have the contact but not the confidence
The meeting is arranged but the conversation is not put together: what matters to the other side, who else influences the decision, what agenda to propose.
Why an introduction works where an email does not
In Russian business a decision about a partnership is made on the recommendation of the professional community and on personal acquaintance — a formal counterparty check serves as hygiene, but it is not enough. Entrepreneurs say so directly in the Skolkovo study of trust in business (2024). A cold email does not pass the “one of us—one of them” filter. An introduction through an intermediary trusted by both sides does.
We act as that intermediary. Across 50+ projects the partners have built a network in mid-sized and large business — and a reputation we do not risk for the sake of a one-off meeting. That is why we work in both directions: first we find out whether you are of interest to the other side, and only then do we arrange the conversation. One meeting that both sides came to with real interest is worth more than a hundred business cards from a conference.
What you get
The deliverables stay with you regardless of how the meetings end.
Market map and long list
A list of companies matched to your task, with profiles: who makes the decisions, what matters to them right now, whether there is a market rationale for a conversation with you.
Short list with verified interest
For every candidate on the short list we find out in advance whether they are ready to talk. When there is no interest, we say so directly — and we do not waste your time.
Prepared meeting
Agenda, positioning, materials. We prepare you separately as well: what to come with, what to ask about and what not to promise in the first conversation.
How we work
We frame the task
A short meeting with a partner: who you are looking for, why, and what you are ready to offer. Here we also say whether we see a realistic path. If we do not, we do not take the work on.
We build the market map
A long list of companies and people matched to your task: who makes the decisions there and where their plans intersect with your offer.
We verify the interest on the other side
We narrow the list and carefully find out whether the other side wants such a conversation. Your name is not mentioned until you have given your consent.
We make the introduction and prepare the meeting
A warm introduction with the consent of both sides. Together with you we put together the agenda, the arguments and the materials.
We support you through to a working dialogue
After the meeting we help you keep the pace: the next steps, answers to the questions that come back, the outline of a pilot if it has come to that.
What we do not promise
Boundaries are part of the service. Without them this work is indistinguishable from trading in connections.
The outcome of a deal
It takes two to agree on a meeting, and all the more so on a deal. We are responsible for the selection, the verification of interest and the preparation. The decision remains with the parties.
Access to “anyone at all”
We work where there is a market rationale for a conversation. If there is none, an introduction will not help — and we will say exactly that at the first meeting.
The public sector and influence
We do not arrange meetings with public officials and we do not promise to influence anyone's decision. Only private business and mutual interest between the parties.

Automating industrial plants: overcoming resistance
Thesis Partners partner Boris Kaptelov on why resistance to automation is an argument about the distribution of benefits and risks, who should own the outcome of a project and how not to get stuck in “pilot purgatory”.
