    FAQ

    Common questions

Answers about security, formats, and limitations.

What format are the pages saved in?
Your choice: JPG (smaller file size) or PNG (lossless, supports transparency). Default is JPG.
    Which resolution should I choose?
72 dpi — for web and messaging apps. 150 dpi — for screen and presentations. 300 dpi — for print and archiving.
Can I convert only specific pages?
Currently all pages are converted. To get specific pages, first split your PDF using our Split PDF tool.
    Why are the images blurry?
Increase the resolution — choose 200 or 300 dpi. At low resolution (72 dpi) small fonts may appear unclear.
Is the text preserved in the images?
The images are raster — text is visually preserved but becomes non-editable. For editable text, use PDF to Word.
